Allan Payne
Allan is a partner in Talent Management LLC, a firm specializing in “helping companies find their highest and best use of people”. We specialize in selection, alignment, development, and retention by using world-class selection instrumentation, unique talent-audit tools, behavioral and organizational assessments, leadership development programs and retention approaches which maximize human performance and organizational success. Successful performers can be predicted, audited, developed and retained!
Allan’s background includes the fields of music/entertainment, psychology, and educational counseling, and he has extensive domestic and international experience in global human resources management as the top human resources executive in two Cincinnati-based companies, Cincom Systems and Kahn’s. These experiences in corporate America included worldwide responsibilities encompassing 17 different countries, with direct responsibility for the U.S. and Europe, and indirect responsibility for Canada and the Far East.
Upon leaving Kahn’s, he formed Allan Payne & Associates, Inc., a human resources consulting company, and recently transitioned it into Talent Management LLC with two partners and a team of eight.
Allan is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has continued to engage in education at the graduate level. He is currently on the Board of Trustees for Phi Gamma Delta at Miami University and is a past member of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, American Society for Personnel Administration, Advisory Council to the School of Applied Science at Miami University and the Continuing Education Board of Consultants at Miami University, Hamilton, OH.
Allan has a diverse client base that includes the private & public sectors, profit and non-profit, small & large corporations, and manufacturing & service companies.
Jackie Messersmith
Jackie has effectively led many workflow improvement projects while CEO of Workflow Dynamics, and as a partner has applied that expertise to Talent Management LLC. Her career has been devoted to increasing profitability, productivity, workforce satisfaction and ultimately growth for clients. She developed Workflow’s exclusive 5-step process improvement system IDEAS... for change®, utilizing practices from Lean, Six Sigma, Baldrige, and TQM, to ensure the promised results become a reality, not just another report on the shelf.
Jackie is professionally affiliated with the Organizational Development Network, Association for Corporate Growth, International Facility Managers Association and The Circuit.
She has served as an examiner for the Small Business of the Year awards, and has spoken at a NCA Higher Learning Conference in Chicago and the Association for Health Care Administrators in Columbus. Jackie conducted a one-day pre-conference workshop entitled “Work...Force, Place and Flow” featuring IDEAS... for change®, at the Ohio Partnership for Excellence Quest for Success annual conference. She also has participated in a panel discussion of the Leadership Forum, “The Straight & Narrow: Upholding Business Ethics in a Work-A-Day World.”
Jackie’s work has been featured in Total Quality: Management, Organization, and Strategy, by Dr. James Evans, University of Cincinnati. She co-authored a simple guide to relocating companies entitled, Move Solutions. Her article entitled, “Bringing people, processes and the workplace together for high performing work environments” has appeared in an issue of the International Facility Management Journal and The Journal of Leadership and Management in Engineering. Additionally, The Cincinnati Business Courier has published her article entitled, “New Wave of Thinking of Business Processes.”
Mike Meszaros
Michael is the technology partner with Talent Snapshots. His extensive experience in process management led to the creation of his business, PPC Communications, in 1998. PPC Communications began with a focus on print media; encompassing corporate identities, marketing collateral, and advertising products. In 2003, PPC expanded its scope to include Internet marketing , web design, and web hosting. PPC products and services deliver cutting edge innovations that help to improve communications, strengthen business, and promote return on investment while enhancing customer service.
In 2007, Michael took his company to yet another level with the development of his own scheduling and management software, the eSoft Planner. eSoft Planner allows businesses to simplify their business practices while increasing revenue, and growing steadily. By working closely with business owners in a variety of industries, Michael was able to learn what processes could be compiled and automated in order to offer a software that allows customers, managers and owners to conduct business effectively online.
Michael is a graduate of Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He is the owner/operator of PPC Communications, and DNA Sports Center. Michael is committed to providing technologies and services that help strengthen businesses by improving communications and developing marketing strategies.
